The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.

Super cute ice pop shop! Lots of unique and delicious flavors. They are all handmade with real ingredients. Some flavors are fruity while others are creamy/chocolaty. Any ice pop can be dipped in chocolate for a small up-charge as well! The prices are anywhere from 3.50-5.00 for a pop. The atmosphere is very fun and colorful and has plenty of opportunities for photo ops. They even have stickers, pins, and t-shirts with the logo on them. Very popular spot for both locals and tourists. Would absolutely return here!

What a find! We stopped in while vacationing in the area and the shop was super cute. I tried the pistachio rosewater and it was delicious. Our group loved the unique flavors and non-dairy options. We came back the next day and I tried the horchata espresso, also delicious. You have to try one!

This is the original Hyppo as they have shops all over Florida now. These are very much paletas, gourmet ice pops like they have in Mexico. I love the Pineapple Orange Pop dipped in chocolate. They have a variety of fruity or sweet and creamy flavors. It is definitely worth the stop for a pop!
